Corrections and clarifications
Chantal Biya | Waterbeach near Cambridge
• An article (Mystery over world’s oldest leader after 53-day absence, 31 July, p28) said that Paul Biya, the president of Cameroon, and his wife, Chantal, had not been seen publicly since 7 June. However, Cameroon’s first lady was seen at the World Cup final on 19 July.
• The village of Waterbeach is north, not south, of Cambridge (Labour’s housing plans now at risk as water supplies dwindle, 1 August, p34). This error was in print only.
