• It was the writer and campaigner Guy Shrubsole who submitted a freedom of information request about people working on climate adaptation within the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, not the Guardian (PM vows to tackle climate as nurses warn of heat toll, 13 August, p1).
• The new Shabazz Palaces song, Ahh World (I Won the Alpha Bet), does not feature Ishmael Butler’s son Lil Tracy as an article stated (Add to playlist, 14 August, G2, p2).
