Ukraine attack | Childcare funding

• A caption above a photo of a wrecked Ukrainian train showed a strike in Kharkiv on 9 September, not the one near the Polish border in the accompanying story (Train carrying former PM ‘may have been target of Russian strike’, 14 September, p10).

• An article on taxpayer-funded childcare should have said it only applies to England (Childcare ‘cliff edge’ forcing parents to cut back on work, 10 September, p32).
