Oyster speed-shucking

• A report from the London Oyster Championships incorrectly named the winner of the speed-shucking event as Ethan Land. In fact, Land finished seventh. The contest was won by Fredrik Lindfors, who will represent England at the world championships taking place this weekend in Galway, Ireland (Eyes on the prise: oyster shuckers battle to be crowned best in the business, 19 September, p13). This error was in print only.
